For the first time, we're bringing you wild-caught Alaska halibut — and like everything we offer, it comes straight from someone we trust. Derek is heading to Homer, Alaska this season as a deckhand aboard a fellow captain's boat, giving us direct access to some of the finest halibut fishery in the world.

Known for its dense, snow-white flesh and clean, mild flavor, Alaska halibut is as versatile as it is exceptional — equally at home on the grill, in the pan, or in the oven. Available in 5lb and 10lb portion boxes, our halibut is caught and processed in Homer, Alaska and delivered to you frozen at peak freshness.

A note on timing: This is our first season offering halibut, and availability depends on the catch. We're anticipating September–October pickup — we'll confirm your date once the fish is in. Halibut boxes are available for pickup only.
