Our salmon portions box contain individually vacuum sealed portions weighing ~6oz each. A 20lb box holds 45-55 portions per box.
A note on timing: Because every box is wild-caught, the exact date follows the catch — pre-orders are ready early-to-mid September, and we'll email you to confirm your pickup date and location once the fish is in. If you've chosen shipping, we'll reach out before your box leaves to set a delivery day when someone's home to receive it.
