Known as "Red Gold" for its rich red hue and exceptional quality, our Wild Sockeye salmon is sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska.
Our salmon portion box contains individually vacuum sealed portions weighing ~6oz each. A 10lb box holds 25-27 portions, and a 20lb box holds 45-55 portions.
A note on timing: Because every box is wild-caught, the exact date follows the catch — pre-orders are ready early-to-mid September, and we'll reach out before your box ships to set a delivery day when someone's home to receive it.
